- Jim is the owner and master of Polishing and Plating, although he spends most of his time plating and handling the many various needs of the shop. He has been in the custom plating business since 1994.
- Jim's wife Cindy handles customer service in the afternoons and is responsible for outbound shipments
- Jake is Jim's youngest son; he manages the polishing department, writes up orders, and manages the company's online presence. He and Josh are also responsible for the running of the powder coating department.
- Josh is Jim's second eldest who worked with us as a full time polisher for many years before leaving us for eight years. He returned to the business as a polisher in January 2020 and he and Jake are now managing the powder coating department, as well as polishing.
- Ben started at the shop with Jake in 2011 as a full time polisher. He is currently being trained by Jim and Jake to be a helping hand all around the shop to help us grow and become as efficient as we can be in the world of custom.
- Matt has been a full time polisher since the beginning of 2020, and was in charge of the stripping/ blasting department for about a year prior
- Jacob strips the parts of their original plating, sandblasts them, and gets them ready for the polishers to work on. He is also being trained by Jim to run the plating lines
- Belinda works in the morning and takes care of final inspection, waxing, and wrapping of the finished parts
- Mike is our clean up man, ensuring our facilities stay as clean as a Chrome shop can be.
